Due to the irresponsible actions of the fucking idiot who was in charge of my home when I was on vacation, my dog whom I have raised since he was a puppy is gone. The person in question, who I will call “Dumbshit” watched our house last year, as well as my dog, with no problem. In fact, the only reason here was to watch my dog for 4 days. He’s an irresponsible cocksucker, and due to his negligence, my dog is missing.

Since 8 am Wednesday the 24th, I have slept about a total of 6-7 hours, eaten 2 small meals, and work. So not including that, I have been looking for my dog. I upped the reward to $1000 after the first day. I’m fucking beyond desperate. This dog is no different than a child to me. Period.

So that’s my current situation. I just wanted to check in. I won’t be posting or commenting on anything until he’s back home. I don’t care if terrorists truck bomb the empire state building. Like I said, my life now consists of very little eating, very little sleep, work, and looking for my dog Saber. If I didn’t need to make money to continue the search, I wouldn’t even goto work.

The good news is that he was spotted today, and my Mom got within 5 feet of him before he bolted. We at least have an idea of where he is. I’m off to go walk around peoples’ backyards and drive all night now.

Ok, I think it’s fairly safe to say at this point that the terrorism bullshit is getting out of hand. Let’s review the major terrorist attacks in the world in the past… long time. I will exclude all the miscellaneous bullshit between Israel and Palestine.

And what do every single one of these attacks have in common? They’re all Muslims. I won’t call them extremists. I won’t call them Muslim Fanatics. Because this is what I’ve realized. The so called “good Muslims” are terrorists who don’t have the balls to step up and do anything. Their faith commands them to do this. I’ve read the Quran, I know the hate it preaches towards the infidels. Let’s take a look.

Just so you know, if you’re reading this website, you are an infidel. Anyone who doesn’t believe in Allah, and any non-Muslim is an infidel. Neat, huh? I pulled this information out of the Quran myself. I didn’t find it on a website. I used my own eyeballs and my own reading and my own searching. Let’s look at a couple more good quotes I’ve collected.

I could really throw in about 20 more, but I think I’ve made my point. Islam is the problem. Islam is the rabies that’s causing these mutts to froth at the mouth and kill us. They’re only products of a religion, a disease. Islam is a problem. And no one in the mainstream media is talking about it. The fact of the matter is, these aren’t just extremists. The ones who aren’t killing are simply afraid and pacified.

Let’s make a comparison. What happened when Timothy McVeigh killed 150 something people in Oklahoma City in the name of religion? Every single religious organization under the sun condemned him. Whenever these pieces of shit do anything, we’ll get one, maybe two Muslim leaders who come out and give some half-assed condemnation. That’s all you need to look at.

How many more people are going to be murdered in the name of the religion of peace before the world community as a whole comes into the agreement that Islam is a religion of hate and murder. How many more people are going to die before we fight the real enemy; Islam. They’re ruining it for themselves. In America, everyone has the right to freely pratice their religion. Well, what if the religion they practice includes illegal crimes? Like, I don’t know… Mass death, decapitation, etc. What should be done then? What if my religion involved cow fucking? I’ll call it Sickism. and I start a big ass cult, and then as a result thousands of cows are dying from being fucked by my followers. Don’t you think that somehow, someone might try and ban Sickism? I’m pretty sure they would. And the analogy goes like this: Sickism/Cowfuckingism = Islam/Massmurderism.

And now we’re back at full circle. Watching the news, just waiting to see where the next bomb is going to go off. It’s not a question of if, but when is it going to happen here? When are the subways in New York City going to be bombed? When is some nut going to set off his bomb belt at Yankee Stadium? It’ll always be a fear, and they will always be a threat just as long as this politically correct bullshit keeps going on. Our politicians are throwing us to the wolves.

Islam is the problem. There’s no such thing as a couple million bad apples. If Islam were a drug in America, it would have been a pretty fucking long time ago. Don’t you think so? Ephedra killed a dozen people. Islam killed over 3000. Isn’t that interesting? Maybe they will open up their eyes and see what’s in front of them before we’re attacked here again. Although, I suspect we’ll have to be bombed a few times before the thought enters their tiny brains. I’m just glad I live in a rural ass small town. I feel bad for your city guys and girls.

Am I calling for the ban of Islam? No. What I am calling for is our heads up their ass. I want 24 hour monitoring of every mosque. I want them pressured to condemn every single attack. I want them speaking out. I want them turning hateful Muslims. If they can’t do it, then practice your religion in a communist nation. Not a free nation. A free nation and Islam just aren’t compatible. Like the dog with rabies, and the man who gets bit. We don’t necessarily have to kill all the dogs to insure rabies will disappear if we can find a cure for rabies. If we can’t, then we’ll just have to kill all the dogs. There is no cure other than euthanization. I don’t want rabies.

I got a new car. I’ve been trying to get this car for two years. In fact, on October 31st, 2003, I posted about how much I wanted this car way back then, and I finally got it. I don’t even know how. I’m 19 with no credit. I just got really lucky, and have a very good cosigner. So that’s good. I’m very lucky.

It was a little over $16,000 after tax tag and title. So that’s pretty good. I added on an extended warranty, because I’m pretty good at wearing cars out. It’s cool though. This is pretty much my dream car, so I’m very happy to have it. It’s so fast… A lot faster than my Talon, and I thought my Talon was fast. My Tiburon kills the Talon. It already has an exhaust system on it, as well as a cold air intake. Not a bad deal at all.

I’ll be going on vacation on Sunday. I’m going to Disney World and I’ll be gone from the 24-27. I’ll be posting a lot of pictures and stuff from my cell phone, so expect the site to have somewhat of an awkward format going for a few days. I figure it’s better to post neat pictures with a few words rather than nothing at all. So it’ll be alright.

So with all of that said, I have been extremely busy with the car buying and the vacation preperations. I can’t wait until I get home tonight. I really want to talk about round 2 of the London terrorism, as well as the guy who got shot in the subway over there today. Until then, I’m off to go make money.

Well, I figure that at the rate I’m being fucked with by police and being outraged by organized religion, I may one day go absolutely apeshit and do something like this.

From Queens, NY comes a pretty good story that combines a lot of elements of discussion here at TheSick.net. A psychotic madman by the name of “Davy” went apeshit when he went on a rampage at a church. Wielding a shotgun and a sword, Davy, 25, left his house at 1:30 am carrying his sword. He arrived at the church and started hacking the arms off a 107 year old statue of the Virgin Mary and her Mom, St. Anne. He hacked Mary’s Mom’s arms off.

He wasn’t finished though. At some point during this psychotic rage, he realized that the sword just wasn’t cutting it it. In retrospect, it was probably a poor choice of a tool to complete the task at hand. So he went home and got a shotgun. He then put a buckshot right into Mary’s Mom’s fucking head, “blowing St. Anne’s head into nearby bushes”, the police say. In the middle of all of this, the article quotes Davy as saying “I’m a hustler! I’m a warrior!”

Then the cops pull up. They see this fucking guy with his shotgun and his sword, and they don’t know what the fuck to do. He’s in a psychotic rage. He then declares “I’m warning you motherfuckers”, turns around and walks towards the cops and starts shooting his pump-action shotgun. He hit one officer in the head and one in the leg. The one who got shot in the leg took Davy down.

All three people involved are still alive, even the guy who got shot in the head. But here’s the kicker. The article goes on to say: “Davy, who was in critical but stable condition at Mary Immaculate Hospital, suffers from bipolar disorder and apparently nursed a potent hatred for Christianity, the police and other institutions, officials and relatives said.”

HAH! I wrote the headline before I even read that little tidbit. OK, let’s review. I don’t like police officers who violate my constitutional rights. I really don’t like religion. AND I’m bipolar. Me in 6 years?

Davy’s Momma, Miss Davy, went on to say “He’s a good kid with a mental problem.” Really, Miss Davy? You don’t say? What a stunning exhibition of your sterling intellect. I am not surprised you popped this kid out. Maybe this is what happens when people are pushed to the absolute brink of insanity by religious fanatics and flagrant constitution raping police officers. Add in the predisposition of bipolar disorder, and you have a recipe for disaster.

Now, this story really makes me think. I wonder what makes me any different than this guy. I don’t know his background, but I know the basics and he has all of the elements that I have. So I have to wonder… Is there an event that can occur that would make me think that it is a good idea to go on a rampage with a sword and a shotgun, and launch a full out assault on a Church?… I really don’t think so.

I’ve been thinking about this deeply. I personally don’t understand why anyone would knowingly commit a serious crime. I just don’t get it. I mean, that notion alone is insane to me. Why would anyone steal something knowing the risk of the consequences would greatly out-weigh any personal gain. The same can be said about any crime. Drug dealing, car stealing, cop killing, etc. I just don’t know how any sane person would risk their freedom for anything. If someone told me that they would give me a million dollars to go and steal some car, I’d say go fuck yourself. I just don’t understand how any sane person would do anything to risk imprisonment.

So that’s what separates me and this fellow. I love freedom way too much to ever do anything like that. I’ll do my bad deeds verbally rather than with a sword and a shotgun. And I’ll end this with a quote from the pastor of the Church he assaulted.

“It’s just sad… He has a psychological problem with religion.” Teehee.

I listened to Bush’s speech tonight on XM while I was working, and I must say that I wasn’t too impressed by him or his Supreme Court nominee, John Roberts.

Bush is a terrible speaker. I also don’t understand why he felt the need to address the nation in prime time. All for a Supreme Court nominee? Seems like a bitch much. I think he felt the need to magnify the importance of it. More than likely, because of the Karl Rove story. It’s a fake story, not even a real one. But the media will attack anything relating to Bush. That’s good entertainment.

The best part was at the end when Bush says “Good Job, Robert”, and they sort of both give each other a look like “What now?”. Then they start walking, then stop quickly because they realize they left Roberts’ wife standing on the side of the podium! So then Bush says “Josie?” And she scurries in the middle of them, walking down the hall. But she left the two kids standing there! She just walked away, after all that, leaving the two children wondering what the fuck is going on. I found it hilarious. Anyways…

As far as I can tell, John Robert is a good pick. I’ve read some things that worry me, but overall I think he is a fine choice. This guy doesn’t have a sterling resume. However, he seems to be the brightest star in the sky when it comes to potential judges. I would also like to clearly state that the article I am using for this post, as well as to form all of my opinions come from Law.com. A non-partisan website, that is simply about all things legal. This article was also written in February. This completely insures that I’m not getting any bias, and that I can fully form my opinion without anyone fucking with it. I hope you all will use this article to form your opinion as well. Stay away from the media reports.

If you were to read this ABC News article, you would be subjecting yourself to a completely slanted point of view. Fuck that. Lets say / this is slanted. This article is this: __ . Seriously. It’s pretty pathetic, and ridiculous. Stay away from shit like that, because everyone with the power to publish an article is going to try and stir up shit, and it’s important for the public to be properly informed.

First off, let’s look at his credentials. Harvard Graduate, Rehnquist law clerk, Deputy Solicitor General, top-flight practitioner at Hogan & Hartson, and as many articles have stated, including the one I cite, the finest oral advocate before the high court in the last decade. I think it’s pretty much unanimous, this guy’s a fucking genius. Everyone from the President to some highly bias and smearing articles are calling this guy smart. And if the elite media calls someone smart, you’d better believe they’re a fucking genius. And this is why I think he’s great. Because he has well above average intelligence, and I think that is just what we need in the Supreme Court. Geniuses. I don’t care what their politics are.

Check this out though. I find this very interesting, and I bet you will too. This article quotes an anonymous source who is a fellow judge on the D.C. circuit as saying this: “He’s a great judge here, but I think we’re going to lose him to the Supreme Court”. Very interesting, right? This article is 5 months old. I also find it very interesting that John Roberts had a very well prepared speech. The news reports say that George Bush called Roberts around noon today. Very strange. There could be some hidden things here. But to give the benefit of the doubt, I will point out that it’s said that he is “the finest oral advocate”. So maybe that’s why he spoke so well. I don’t think so, though.

George HW Bush actually nominated Roberts back in 1992 at the end of his presidency. The Senate ignored the nomination, and waited for Clinton to take office and then he made a new nomination. I find this very strange considering the fact that he hadn’t served at a judge at all at the time of his nomination. Very weird. At the time, he was in the Office of the Solicitor General. I don’t even know what that is, nor do I care. There are many, many weird occurrences that I will point out.

So after being fucked out of his judicial nomination, he returned to Hogan and became sort of a Supreme Court Specialist. He built a very lucrative practice arguing before the Supreme Court. He argued 39 cases before the Court and won 25 of them. That’s pretty goddamn good. But now we hit another very awkward bump in the road.

According to his 2003 financial disclosure forms, Hogan paid Roberts just over 1,000,000. A million. When he dropped down to be a Judge on the D.C. Court of Appeals, his pay was lowered to $171,800. What the fuck? Why would any sane individual do this? I just don’t get it. I mean, I understand the prestige in serving on the bench, but is it really worth a million a year salary? I doubt it… Which opens up the door for a lot of serious speculation.

However, the article takes a scary turn. “Yet those who know Roberts say he, unlike Souter, is a reliable conservative who can be counted on to undermine if not immediately overturn liberal landmarks like abortion rights and affirmative action.” I really hope this isn’t true, and I don’t believe it is. The article goes on to quote a friend who clerked with Roberts in 1980 as saying “He is as conservative as you can get.” I’m still not worried.

In this fair and accurate Wikipedia entry, Roberts is quoted as saying “Roe v. Wade is the settled law of the land…There is nothing in my personal views that would prevent me from fully and faithfully applying that precedent.” This is very important. This is all he has to say for me to approve. For those who don’t know, Roe Vs Wade was the landmark case heard by the Supreme Court in 1971 that basically makes the restriction of abortion unconstitutional.

Alright, so now I’ve established this guy’s character and background, I’m just going to skip all the other shit I have about his character and go straight to one of the cases he ruled on. These are very important also. He’s talked the talk, and its essential to see if he walks the walk.

“In the unanimous ruling last October in Hedgepeth v. WMATA, Roberts upheld the arrest, handcuffing and detention of a 12-year-old girl for eating a single french fry inside a D.C. Metrorail station. “No one is very happy about the events that led to this litigation,” Roberts acknowledged in the decision, but he ruled that nothing the police did violated the girl’s Fourth Amendment or Fifth Amendment rights.”

That’s all you need to know. He’ll uphold the law and the constitution. I don’t know the background of the law the girl broke, but I assume it has something to do with eating in the subway. I say he’s a good choice, and I look forward to seeing the Democrats butcher his good character.

So many good news stories today… I had 12 stories to talk about, and I narrowed it down to 8. I really need to get the Obscure Writings page up and going. Anyways, onto the story.

Another prime example of how freedom is taken away by religious nuts. The absolutely insane and evil, in my opinion, Missouri Governor Matt Blunt (haw haw) is fighting hard against strip clubs. He’s pressing for more regulation. That word makes me cringe.

Last week, Mr. Blunt signed legislation that makes lap dances, full nudity, and customers younger than 21 illegal. The new legislation also states that the topless dancers must stay at least 10 feet away from the customer, and must dance behind a 2 foot high railing. Basically, they must be caged. Oh, and the stripper can’t touch the customer at all.

Mr. Blunt (I can’t say it with a straight face) went on to say I believe this will stifle the operation of those businesses, and I don’t think it’s a bad thing.” Nice, douche bag. In this quote, he makes it very apparent that he has no genuine interest in community standard, which is a load of shit in and of itself anyway. He just wants to “stifle” their operation. He wants them gone. He wants to ban them, because stripping and people who go to see a woman strip is a dirty, immoral activity. Because tits are dirty. Right, Father Blunt?

The reporter goes on to ask a very good question. He asks “You don’t have a problem legislating morality?” Very good question Reporter Dan! Call this fuck out on his bullshit! Father Blunt is, without a doubt, legislating his biblical morality. And what do you think he responded to this very good question with?

“I don’t have a problem enforcing community standards. I don’t think this is a good industry to have in Missouri. I’m confortable doing things I know and we all know stifle operations in our state.” Nice going, dickhead. What makes you think you have the power or the right to impose your moral values on an entire fucking state. Governor or not, I don’t a shit. Does he think he’s God? Nah. He thinks he’s doing God’s work.

He isn’t enforcing community standards. I am willing to bet that at least 30% of Missouri is pissed about this. That’s my low guess. Now, let’s say that 95% of Missouri wanted these strip clubs gone. I wouldn’t care then. Instead, I’d be bitching about how much Missouri sucks. But if that were the case, Father Blunt would be in the right. But that isn’t the case. He’s only interested in “stifling the operation” of businesses that he finds morally offensive. The community doesn’t care. Those girls are stripping inside. Not outside! What the fuck do you care?

I mean really, fuck it. Let’s assume 95% of all Missourians want strip clubs banned, because they feel they’re immoral. Well then I would say fuck them. Who gives a shit if they find it immoral? Those strippers have a right to show their titties for money and those men have a right to pay 10 bucks for a lap dance if they wish. Because this is America and we are free to spend our money and make our money any legal way possible. That is until some homosexual Governor by the name of Father Blunt decides he hates women so much that he’s going to make it pretty much illegal for them to show their titties.

What I’m saying is that it does not matter if even 95% of Missouri wants the strip clubs gone. If I’m a Missouri resident, and I hate strip clubs, explain to me how I am effected in any negative way by girls showing their tits somewhere else in town. How would that effect me? What, is there some sort of massive epidemic of men walking around the streets at night masturbating? Is that the complaint? Or maybe wives are upset that husbands don’t want to fuck their fat asses and instead go see some hot chicks at the titty bar. Who knows.

What I do know is that there’s no reason to “stifle operations”, which is a code word for “make them go out of business”. It effects no one negatively. It’s indoors, it’s private, and it makes no difference. Fuck Father Matt Blunt. I hope Father Matt Blunt gets smacked in the fucking face with two big ass tits. The Baptist Bastard.

But there’s a flip side! There’s the other extreme to this type of story. Leaving the extremely conservative Midwest, we now make our way to the extremely liberal San Diego, California. The Mayor of San Diego has been convicted of accepting illegal campaign contributions. And who gave him those campaign contributions?

Strip clubs. A strip club owner contributed $34,00 to Michael Zucchet so that he could help repeal the “no touching” laws at strip clubs. He was convicted of conspiracy, extortion, and fraud. Apparently, he paid the mayor and a local city council member in cash. And the funny part is, this guy was the new mayor. The old one recently resigned due to a scandal involving San Diego’s pension fund. San Diego seems to be pretty good at catching the corrupt politicians. Now the rest of America needs to follow suit and start nailing the rest of them.

But regardless, this is what happens when people impose their moral values on private strip clubs. You’re just asking for corruption. But as always, people are always willing to ban freedoms that they don’t like. Just as long as it’s something they don’t like of course. They don’t understand that one of these days, something they like is going to get fucked with. I guarantee this. For every person reading this, if it hasn’t already happened, it will. Something you enjoy will be banned. It’s inevitable. This is how freedom dies, and this is how the slow progression works. One story at a time. One regulation at a time. It just makes me sick.

I will be censored eventually. In time, the FCC will regulate the internet. My ISP or web host might get fined because I say “Fuck.” It’s happening. Someone is going to cross the line one of these days. The same argument as to how the FCC can regulate radio can be made for the internet. I’m just waiting for it to happen. Maybe when our Imperial Communist Government officials go too far, the public will wake up and do something for once.

We’re just inching, one story at a time, one regulation at a time, towards a full-out Communist nation.

I’m going to, for the first time ever, defend a sex offender. First off, let’s talk about sex offenders a bit. This is all from my research, and I’ve done a lot. There are three main types of sex offenders. There’s 1) The Sex Offender By Law 2) The Sexual Assaulter 3) The Child Molester. And then there are degrees of each.

1) Sex Offender By Law
The Sex Offender By Law is your standard person under 26 who engages in consensual sex with a minor over 12. This person doesn’t have some sort of sick sexual compulsion. They just lack good judgement, and make the decision to commit an illegal act by engaging in sexual contact with a person who is not of legal age to consent to that very act. An 18 year old who had sex with a 13 year old is, by law, a sex offender. This person generally isn’t someone who is a threat to society. Only a threat to your daughter’s innocence and emotional well being.

The Sexual Assaulter
First of all, I didn’t think “assaulter” was a word, but it is so I’m using it. The Sexual Assaulter is a person who makes sexual contact with another against their will. This ranges from a simple ass grabbing to full blown rape. The threat of the this person to society is completely dependent on their crime. It could just be a guy who was trying too hard to get some booty and who was just being persistent. It could also be someone who is completely fucked up in their head, and who wants to rape women simply because of deep psychological issues. Remember, those with the deep psychologic issues, which are more often than not unfixable, are the treats to society.

The Child Molester
The Child Molester is the straight up, no good, motherfucking piece of shit who should spend every single day of their life in prison after they have been convicted. Joseph Duncan, John Couey, etc. These people have no hope of recovering. There are deep psychologic issues in play here that are simply unfixable. They have a sickness and is not curable, and it compels them to do these things. It’s not a legitimate “sickness.” It’s just them. It happens due to traumatic and abusive childhoods. And they’re as good as dead. They are a dog with rabies, breeding more people just like them with every victim they create.

So those are the three general categories. As for the first group, they probably shouldn’t be labeled as sex offenders. By law, they are indeed sex offenders. But I think there needs to be some sort of ditinction between the 20 year old kid with a 14 year old girlfriend and the 40 year old man with 10 year old victims.

So with all that said, I’d like to talk about this story that comes out of Miami, Florida. Miami police are sending a type 2 sex offender to jail for violating the terms of his probation. What did he do? He had a copy of Maxim.

Andrew Calderon, 23, was jailed for 6 days before a judge let him go. According to the terms of his condition, he is not allowed to have sexually stimulating material. Calderon was convicted of “sexual battery on a disabled relative.” Definitely a sick fuck, but he is still only a type 2 offender. And to deprive this guy, who is still a piece of shit, a “racy” magazine is just fucking stupid and wrong. I will prove their idiocy later.

We move on to the second person mentioned in this article, Joseph Conte. His crime was not mentioned, but he is a sex offender. HE was arrested after his parole officer found a sex manual in his drawer next to the bed he shares with his wife. Again, I must say “What the fuck?” He’s not allowed to view racy material, yet he’s allowed to fuck his wife? Where is the consistency and logic in that?

Both of these guys are clearly pieces of shit. But they certainly aren’t on the level of the Duncan’s and Couey’s. Why would you want to deprive a Sexual Assaulter of a racy maganize? The whole reason he raped someone in the first place was because he wasn’t getting any action. He went nuts! And you’re gonna deprive him of masturbation material? What do you think that’s going to accomplish? That’s probably the best way to get him to rape again. Good going, assholes.

I mean, don’t get me wrong. Calderon is a pretty sick fuck. He “sexually assaulted” a retarded relative. He probably has some of those deep psychologic issues I spoke of. But he’s out of jail, so obviously they felt he was at least somewhat rehabilitated. There is no point in throwing him in jail for reading Maxim. This is the best way to get someone to sexually assault again. It’s exactly the same as making it part of a convicted thief’s parole that he not work. If you make it illegal for a thief to work, then what will he do to get money? Gee, I think he just might steal. Let the fucking guy reading Maxim, it’s not even that bad.

As for Conte, I think it’s obvious. It was a fucking sex manual, in a drawer, next to the bed that he shares with his wife. What do you think he’s using that for? Now, if this guy is a type 3 offender, then I would say good. I would say they should use that violation of parole to put his stupid fucking sick ass back in jail. The article doesn’t state his crime though. I’m guessing that if he as a wife, he probably isn’t a type 3.

I never thought I’d be defending a sex offender, but this shit is just fucking stupid. When I see Florida Authorities, my state, doing things that are completely counterproductive to their cause, I get pissed. You don’t deny a (piece of shit) sexual assaulter the right to read a racy, non-pornographic magazine. And you just don’t deny a (piece of shit) sex offender the right to read a book that will allow him to better please his wife. Yet, a small part of me still feels like they both deserve to be fucked with. But in the end, I just think that they’re making things worse. Find a different way to fuck with them, but don’t abuse your power.
